1. Services Provided

BEAUTYPACK DELIVERED LLC offers interior design, renovation, construction management, and full turnkey solutions. All projects are subject to a signed agreement outlining scope, timeline, and pricing.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Fixed-price turnkey packages exclude unforeseen structural issues (e.g., mold, water damage). Any such findings will be discussed before proceeding.
• Payment terms: 50% deposit to begin work, 25% at mid-point, 25% upon final handover.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about their property and obtain any necessary permits (unless permit handling is explicitly included in the turnkey package).

4. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, 3D renderings, drawings, and mood boards remain the property of BEAUTYPACK DELIVERED LLC until final payment is received. After full payment, clients receive a license for personal/commercial use of the final design.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, weather, or unforeseen site conditions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
