We strive for 100% client satisfaction. However, due to the custom nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.
1. Design-Only Services
- Initial consultation fee (if paid separately) is non-refundable.
- Deposit for design phase: 50% refundable if canceled within 7 days and no work has started. After design work begins, no refund is issued.
- Final design deliverables: No refunds once 3D renders and drawings have been delivered.
2. Turnkey (Full-Service) Projects
- Deposit (50%): Refundable up to 14 days before the scheduled start date, minus any material or permit costs already incurred.
- Mid-project cancellation: You will be billed for completed work (measured by percentage of project completion). No refund on materials already purchased.
- Final payment (25%): Due upon project completion and handover. No refunds after final walkthrough and acceptance.
3. Digital Products
Mood boards, e-books, or downloadable templates are non-refundable once accessed.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at refunds@beautypackdelivered.com with your full name, project ID, and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund is owed, we encourage you to contact us directly first. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to arbitration as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
This Refund Policy applies only to direct purchases from BEAUTYPACK DELIVERED LLC. Third-party products (furniture, appliances) are subject to their respective vendor policies.
